- Apple hired senior arborist from Stanford to advise on tree species that thrive in area.
- Existing (new) plot has 3,700 trees, but will have 6,000 trees after new campus is built.
- New campus will be 80% landscaped (current campus is 20% landscaped).
- Surface parking down by 90% from previous campus, as most of it is underground.
- Building holds 40% more people (12,000), but building footprint is 30% less than current campus.
